OL Home Care Membership Terms Only Leaks Home Solutions LLC INITIAL TERM AND PAYMENTS Membership begins upon enrollment and successful initial payment. The initial commitment is 12 months at $39 per month, totaling $468. Monthly payments are installments toward that initial annual commitment. BENEFITS AND SCHEDULING Membership applies to the service address provided at enrollment. There is no waiting period to schedule the included annual home check. Appointments are subject to availability. The annual home check includes a whole-home water-pressure test, eligible tank water-heater flush, water-heater safety and condition check, toilet dye testing, and visible leak and fixture inspection. Member benefits include a personalized digital report with photos, priority scheduling, 10% off qualifying repairs, a $100 annual leak-detection credit, no after-hours response fee, and free photo or video second opinions. Repairs are billed separately. EARLY CANCELLATION If you cancel during the initial 12-month term, the unpaid balance of the $468 commitment becomes due, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Amounts already paid toward that commitment are deducted. Once the remaining balance is paid, benefits continue through the original 12-month end date, and membership does not renew. AFTER THE FIRST YEAR Unless canceled, membership automatically continues month-to-month at $39 per month. A new 12-month commitment requires your separate agreement. Month-to-month cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Benefits remain available through that date.
